FICCI is pleased to announce the first South India Real Estate Conference (SIREC) 2012 focused on the promising and attractive southern realty markets. SIREC is an initiative of FICCI to create a rotational platform in south India for dialogue on new trends, concepts, technologies, knowledge updates and important policy issues in real estate that will influence the future of this sector in India. To begin this interaction with the real estate industry and stakeholders in southern region, FICCI is organising a one day conference in Bengaluru on the theme – “Re-orienting Real Estate Through Smart Concepts & Technologies”.  

The event will bring together the founders, promoters, professionals, brokers, financers and the policy makers in south to discuss and set a realistic agenda for all stakeholders in real estate sector.
